I want to start blogging about my current job as a logger. I sit at a computer all day and watch footage for a new reality show for OWN. It's some pretty interesting, and at times, tedious work. I'm basically transcribing all the dialogue so the producers can read the script and piece together each episode. Pretty straight forward but there is some art to it. You develop an eye for what is notable and ideal footage. I make notes if things appear funny, sad, or exciting. Some of the emotional stuff can be hard to watch.

Super Bowl

Great game yesterday. Watched it at home with my friend Tito. We don't have cable so we streamed it offline. Was a little tougher then usual since the NFL cracked down on a bunch of websites last week. We still got it but the only good connection was with ESPN America. Boring announcers and no real commercials. The game's what's important though right? Not as much for me. I'm admittedly more interested in the commercials since I work in TV. Luckily they are all online right away. Nothing really stood out this year though.
